DSS Player for MAC (OS X) V6 Update v6.2.1: This is a software update module for the DSS Player for MAC V6. This update fixes currently known problems. This update is applicable to MAC (OS X) V6 versions. Check the readme file for additional information. (Self-extracting.dmg disk image file 3.54 MB) (10/2007) (MAC OS X only). The program is available as a free download from Adobe's web site. Downloads Available: DSS Player for MAC V7.2.8 Update. This software update module applies to DSS Player for MAC V7 (version 7.0.0 and higher). This module adds support for Mac OS X 10.7 (“Lion”) as well as the Mac OS 64-bit kernel, among other enhancements.

Olympus have released an update to their macOS dictation and transcription software for macOS taking it to version v7.7.0 and bringing official macOS 10.14 Mojave support.

Although Mojave has been out for a while and fortunately with this macOS release there were no DSS Player compatibility issues this release you should upgrade to v7.7.0 if you are running Mojave.

A couple updates of note in this release as details in the release notes below. The Windows WMA (Windows Media Audio) audio format has been dropped leaving supported audio formats as:

.ds2 (DSS Pro) with or without encryption
.dss (older DSS Pro format)
.aac
.mp3
